$0.00

The Microbiome Basic Test (Basic CMM) was designed as a follow up profile to the Complete Microbiome Mapping (CMM) Standard Test. The basic test assesses the qPCR without the functional Gastrointestinal markers: Faecal Occult Blood, Calprotectin, Pancreatic Elastase, sIgA, Zonulin, -glucoronidase, Anti-gliadin IgA. You may wish to add on any of the individual Gastrointestinal markers to this profile.

In the last few decades, DNA analysis has transformed the field of microbiology and gut health testing. The Human Microbiome Project and research around the globe have characterized the GI microbiome. More than ever before, we are keenly aware of the health benefits and disease risks brought about by the microorganisms that inhabit the GI tract.

Understand your unique microbiome, how it affects your overall health, and how you can achieve a better balance between desirable and less desirable microorganisms in your gut using our comprehensive test that screens for pathogenic bacteria, commensal bacteria, opportunistic pathogens, fungi, viruses, and parasites.
