TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, enrolling in a program, making a payment, or using any service provided by Bet Health Coach, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Bet Health Coach provides services including:
Nutrition coaching.
Holistic health coaching.
Hormonal balance education.
Wellness and lifestyle coaching.
Healthy habit formation.
Educational guidance and personalized support.
Programs may include individual sessions, follow-up support, educational materials, forms, food journals, digital resources, and support between sessions.The specific features of each program (duration, pricing, delivery format, and inclusions) will be provided at the time of enrollment.
3. Professional Scope and Medical Disclaimer
Bet Health Coach provides educational and coaching services, not medical services. Betiana Marquez is a Certified Nutrition and Holistic Health Coach and holds a university degree in Food Science. Services may include guidance based on dietary habits, lifestyle factors, client-reported symptoms, health questionnaires, food journals, laboratory results voluntarily provided by the client, and education regarding nutrition and supplementation.
The client acknowledges that:
No medical diagnoses are provided.
No medications are prescribed.
No medical treatment is provided.
Services do not replace the care of physicians, psychologists, specialists, or other healthcare professionals.
All information provided is for educational and coaching purposes only.
4. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes related to nutrition, lifestyle, health, and supplement use.
The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health status, including medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or any other relevant changes.
5. Results
Bet Health Coach does not guarantee specific results.
Results depend on multiple factors, including the client's commitment, implementation of recommendations, medical history, personal circumstances, and lifestyle.
6. Program Duration
Sessions and benefits included in each program must be used within the contracted program period.
Unused sessions may expire at the conclusion of the program, and extensions are not guaranteed.
Failure to participate or respond does not entitle the client to a refund or extension.
7. Bookings, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Sessions must be booked at mutually agreed times.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.For sessions scheduled on Mondays or following weekends, notice must be provided at least 48 business hours in advance.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to an administrative fee of up to NZD $50.
Missed Appointments
Missed sessions or no-shows will be considered used and are non-refundable.
Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Bet Health Coach.
Rescheduling by the Coach
Bet Health Coach may reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a session is cancelled by the Coach with less than 48 hours' notice, the client will receive an additional coaching credit equivalent to 30 minutes.
8. Payments
By purchasing any service, the client agrees to pay the applicable fee for the selected program.
Payments may be made through:
Website payment.
Invoice.
Bank transfer.
Payment link.
Other approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of the services, refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind.
Lack of participation.
Missed sessions.
Program abandonment.
Failure to complete forms or assigned tasks.
Results differing from client expectations.
Unused sessions or services are non-refundable.
Where appropriate, Bet Health Coach may, at its sole discretion, offer:
Credit toward future services.
Transfer to another program.
An alternative solution agreed upon by both parties.
If the client fails to respond or coordinate regarding a pending session or service for more than 10 consecutive days, any outstanding benefits may be deemed forfeited.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
10. Communication Between Sessions
Depending on the program purchased, clients may receive support via email, follow-up forms, WhatsApp, text messages, or phone calls.Questions and communications must be made during business hours only:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Support is not provided during weekends or public holidays.
Responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe, generally between 24 and 72 business hours.
Support between sessions does not include:
Medical care.
Emergency support.
Crisis mental health support.
Unlimited availability.
11. Nutrition, Supplements, and Wellness
Recommendations related to nutrition, healthy habits, supplementation, and wellness are provided for educational purposes only.
The decision to implement any recommendation remains solely the client's responsibility.
Clients are encouraged to consult with their physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement or wellness protocol, particularly during pregnancy, breastfeeding, attempts to conceive, medical treatment, or when diagnosed health conditions are present.
12. Medical Emergencies
Bet Health Coach does not provide emergency medical care or urgent mental health support.
In any urgent situation, the client should immediately contact a physician, emergency services, or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information provided by the client will be used solely for service delivery, communication, program follow-up, and record-keeping purposes.
Bet Health Coach will take reasonable measures to protect client information and will not disclose it except in the following circumstances:
Client consent.
Legal obligation.
Protection of a person's safety.
14. Testimonials and Marketing
Testimonials, photographs, comments, or results will only be used with the client's prior consent.
15. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Bet Health Coach, including guides, recipes, PDFs, educational resources, forms, templates, and digital materials, remains the exclusive property of Bet Health Coach.
Reproduction, distribution, sale, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
16. Client Conduct
Bet Health Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of abusive behavior, harassment, threats, disrespectful conduct, or unreasonable demands.In such cases, no refund will be provided.
17. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the professional relationship.Bet Health Coach may suspend or terminate services due to:
Non-payment.
Repeated missed appointments.
Extended lack of communication.
Situations that exceed the professional scope of coaching.
Where appropriate, referral to another qualified professional may be recommended.
18. Limitation of Liability
The client acknowledges that participation in services is voluntary and that they are responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.
Bet Health Coach shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the implementation of recommendations related to nutrition, supplementation, or lifestyle.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
