1 large Egg

0.25 cup [50 ml] egg white

0.5 scoop [10 g] Protein Powder - Vanilla

0.25 cup [22.5 g] Rolled Oats Gluten Free

0.2 tsp [0.92 g] Baking Powder

0.25 tsp [0.57 g] Cinnamon

0.2 cup [28.8 g] Berries

0.5 tsp [0.6 g] Kosher Salt

0.6 Portion [90 g] Natural Yoghurt plain unsweetened

Directions

Blend banana, egg, protein powder, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and kosher salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour batter or ghee butter to form small pancakes.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and a drizzle of almond butter.(optional)
