Week 1: Initial health assessment (60 min), health history review, Circle of Life assessment, personalized meal plan & action plan.

Week 2: Hormone & functional health assessment (personalized written report), nutrition recommendations & suggested blood tests (no 1:1 session). Optional add-on: Hormone Balance Guide.

Week 3: Nutrition coaching & habit-building session (60 min). Review your progress, adjust your meal plan, build sustainable habits and overcome challenges.

Week 4: Written progress check-in with personalized feedback, education guides and habit refinement (no 1:1 session).

Week 5: Learn to read ingredient labels & nutrition panels, pantry review and healthy shopping strategies (60 min). Optional add-on: Guided supermarket session.

Week 6: Food journal review with written feedback, accountability and personalized recommendations (no 1:1 session).

Week 7: Progress review session (30 min). Review your food journal, celebrate your progress, address challenges and fine-tune your nutrition plan.

Week 8: Emotional eating & mindset coaching (60 min). Learn practical tools to manage emotional eating and build a healthier relationship with food.

Week 9: Written progress review with personalized recommendations and additional educational resources (no 1:1 session).

Week 10: Stress, sleep & lifestyle optimisation session (60 min). Learn practical stress management tools, improve sleep habits and develop long-term healthy routines. Optional: Guided meditation.
