I’m Betiana Marquez, originally from Argentina.

I arrived in New Zealand on May 13, 2019, a date that marked the beginning of a profound transformation in my life. I came alone, without speaking English, with only a small amount of savings and the courage to start again in a completely new country.

Despite having a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences and years of experience in the food industry, rebuilding my life here was not easy. During that time, I went through some very challenging experiences that pushed me to face my fears, heal old wounds, and truly reconnect with myself.

That journey of healing and self-discovery changed everything.

It helped me understand that our health is not only about food — it is deeply connected to our emotions, habits, mindset, relationships, and the way we listen to our body.

Through my own transformation, I discovered my true purpose: to guide others on their path toward better health, balance, and wellbeing.

Today, through Bet Health Coach, I combine my scientific background, holistic health training, and personal experience to help people understand their bodies, identify the root causes of imbalances, and create sustainable changes that support long-term health.

Because I truly believe that when we learn to listen to our bodies and nourish every area of our lives, transformation becomes possible.

Highlighting Mark’s Journey with Betiana 

I am very proud to have been part of this incredible transformation. Mark started working with me on 05/02/24, and in just 12 sessions, he completely changed his life.

He went from a diet of hamburgers, chocolates in the morning, fried chicken, Coca-Cola, cookies, and other processed foods to a healthy and balanced diet, including foods he had never tried before—and now loves!

Mark not only lost 19 kg, but he also balanced his life in a holistic way and significantly improved his lab results.
